2. Player account

2.1. By registering on PrinceAli, the user hereby declares and warrants that:

- You are of legal age in your country (generally 18 years old or older, in accordance with the laws of the country of your residence) to join our online casino and play games.

- You understand that you participate in the games voluntarily, it is for entertainment and recreational purposes only.

- Participating in the games on behalf of another person is strictly forbidden.

- Internet Gambling may be illegal in the jurisdiction in which you are located; if so, you are not authorized to use your payment card to complete transactions to PrinceAli. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you confirm that you know and fully understand the Laws concerning online gambling in your country of domicile. - You are aware that Users can lose money by making a bet during a game session. The term "game session" means all the activity (bets and winnings) from a deposit until both bonus and/or real balance are under € 0.1 and without any withdrawal request winnings derived from this deposit.

- You understand that any type of collusive, fraudulent or other unlawful activity related to your activity on our websites is strictly forbidden. We reserve the right to withhold the winnings, invalidate the betting or take other actions in case of being suspended.

- You must use only the financial instruments (credit cards, etc.) that are your personal for depositing and withdrawing money to and from your casino account.

2.2. PrinceAli only allows one account per IP address (registration account IP address or log in IP address), home address (postal address), bank card, email address etc. In case a player wishes to open an account while another account is already created within the same home, IP address etc, an authorization, by email ([email protected]) must be issued prior to the opening of the second account. If a player wishes to use someone else's credit card to make a deposit, he must receive permission from the finance department before making the deposit and send an authorization from the cardholder of the credit card (authorization, If granted, will expire at the end of the day in question).

2.3. All the information requested in the casino registration form is required to open your casino account and maintain it. In particular, you must provide a true and correct name, date of birth, address, contact details, including a valid email address, phone number, country of residence, payment information. 2.4. The username and password you set during the casino account registration/creation process will serve as your casino account login details. 3. Player account verification

3.1. By agreeing to the Terms and conditions, the user authorizes PrinceAli to undertake verification checks as we may require them ourselves or the may be required by third parties (including regulatory bodies) to confirm the age, identity and contact details to prevent money laundering.

3.2. PrinceAli has the right to check and confirm the identity of the user at any time.

3.3. A verification call to the user should be done by PrinceAli to finalize the account validation.

3.4. Any attempt to elude the security checks will result in the closure of the account.

4. Deposit

4.1. The minimum deposit amount is 10 €/CAD.

4.2 Any winnings derived from a deposit that has been refunded (fraud, suspicion of fraud, chargeback, specific request etc) is then automatically canceled and the session is considered void.

4.3 PrinceAli reserves the right to subcontract third-party payment processors and/or financial institutions referred to as "Electronic Service Providers" (ESPs), in order to process such financial transactions. Thus for the furtherance of such processing, the user irrevocably authorizes us, as necessary, to instruct such ESPs to handle account deposits and withdraw from his account, and irrevocably agrees that PrinceAli may give such instructions on his behalf. Furthermore, the user agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of each applicable ESP and in the event of a conflict between this Agreement and the ESP's terms and conditions, this Agreement shall prevail.

4.4 The deposit amount needs to be wagered one time before it can be withdrawn.

4.5 PrinceAli does not issue refunds except for exceptional circumstances. This is solely at PrinceAli's discretion.

4.6 The player may set a daily deposit limit directly through his player account. In this case, the weekly withdrawal limit will be 10 times the amount of the daily deposit limit (capped at €/CAD 2.500).

5. Withdrawals

5.1. When possible, we will pay back the withdrawals via the means you used for making deposits. If the withdrawal cannot be processed in this manner, you will be asked to select another payment method from the list we display on the website.

5.2 We take efforts to process and provide the withdrawals in the shortest time period possible. We aim to do it in 2 business days. However, we always take into account the Financial Action Task Force on Money Laundering requirements and other factors.

5.3 The casino will not be treated as a financial institution and as such, it cannot provide any interest on outstanding amounts.

5.4 You can cancel your withdrawal request at any time after it was initiated and before it was processed by the casino.

5.5 About winnings payment, there is a standard up to €/CAD 2500 withdrawal limits per week regarding the player's level. For VIP users or unusual and large winnings, other terms may apply, as agreed with the VIP manager.

5.6 If the user makes several withdrawal requests at the same time, the 2 business days period will run from the last request date.

5.7 The minimum amount for a withdrawal request is €/CAD 50.

5.8 In the event that the User has taken advantage of a bonus when the player asks for withdrawal of winnings, the amount of the bonus allocated to the deposit which generated the winnings can be deducted from the final payment according to the type of bonus received.

6. Account closure

6.1. In order to close the casino account, the player must send an email to [email protected]. PrinceAli may, at its own discretion and without having to provide any justification, refuse to open an account or close an existing account. All contractual obligations previously made to the user will be honored.

6.2. The Refund Policy of the Company is to not affect any refunds. However, it remains at management's discretion to determine whether a refund request for a deposit made should be entertained. Refunds will only be effected through the same deposit method once the origination of funds and account are verified. A refund can take place seven days after the deposit was made.

7. Games

7.1. PrinceAli casino takes all the efforts to prevent any server disruptions, downtime, lagging, or any other sort of technical problems. However, in case any of these happen, the casino shall not be liable for the disturbance to the gameplay caused by the above-mentioned reasons.

7.2 The casino shall not be liable for possible losses or damages, caused by or in connection with the website content or, including the possible interruptions, delays in transmission or operation, human-caused or technical corruption or loss of data, lines failure, omissions or errors in content, misuse of the website.

7.3 The wagers are void in case a casino system malfunction takes place.

The use of errors, programming bugs, bad behavior of the site code by the player to his advantage, called "bug-using" is prohibited. Each user who finds a bug must report it to the operator or to a site manager. A player using a bug to his advantage will have his account blocked for a period allowing our technical teams to reconstitute the account as it was before the advantage provided by the bug. The same rules apply to players who do not report a bug. In case of errors, programming bugs, bad behavior of the site code or errors of drafting, any operation carried out being recorded (registration, modification of account, purchase or withdrawal, bet, etc), The operator can return to a state of play corresponding to that existing before the occurrence of errors, programming bugs or bad behavior of the site code (rollback).

8.7 We shall not be responsible for possible omissions or actions made by your ISPs (Internet Service Providers). The possible disputes between the ISPs and you will not involve us.

9. Complaints

10. Bonus, Cashback, Freespins

10.1 The bonus is additional credit that the casino offers to the user.

10.2 PrinceAli offers 3 different types of bonus :

Bonus on deposit with a wagering requirement:
This type of bonus on deposit includes wagering requirement to withdraw the real money balance, i.e the user must complete the wagering requirements associated with that bonus to request a withdrawal of his real money balance.
This bonus is cashable.
The default wagering requirement amount of such bonus is 30 times the bonus and deposit amount.

Bonus on deposit without wagering requirement:
This type of bonus on deposit does not include a wagering requirement to withdraw the real money balance.
This bonus is not cashable.

Free Bonus :
It’s a no deposit bonus, completely free, usually given as a gift by PrinceAli, as a reward or in gratitude for the loyalty of Users.
This type of bonus is cashable.
The maximum amount of cashable default is 10 times the bonus amount received up to €/CAD 100, but for VIP Users, it is up to €/CAD 250. The wagering requirement amount of such bonus is 60 times the bonus amount. For VIP the requirement is 35 times.

In order to be eligible to receive any free bonus upon registration the user's phone number must be verified.
Players from Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Germany, Finland, Hungary, Poland, can receive a free bonus on registration only after a 25 euros minimum deposit at least.
 

10.3 Not all games contribute the same percentage of the bonus wagering requirements unless otherwise stated.

10.4 Users can't combine several ongoing bonuses. To be eligible for another bonus it is essential to end first the current bonus.

10.5If the user chooses and activates by mistake a bonus that the user doesn’t want, it can still be canceled if the user has not yet begun to bet on games.

10.6 If the user cancels an ongoing bonus after starting to play and perform bets, the user automatically runs the risk of seeing any gains made with this bonus be canceled and/or see the real money balance lower than the initial deposit.

If problems are found following a cancellation of a pending bonus, the user is invited to refer directly to an agent or an account manager who will evaluate in each case to compensate or not the user.

10.7 Users cannot receive a free bonus if they have a positive cash balance or a pending withdrawal request.

10.8 Cashback is a real money credit that comes to add to the real money as a promotion of the casino directly on the user's balance.

10.9 Cashback is cashable and has no wagering condition for setting a withdrawal, except for the weekly cashback (granted on Sunday) which includes a maximal withdrawal condition of 10 times the amount of the cashback credited (exceptions can be done for VIP players).

10.10 Users cannot receive a cashback after deposit, if they have a pending withdrawal request or if they took advantage of a bonus on the deposit they made.

10.12 The Casino reserves the right to modify, cancel, or refuse any promotion in its sole discretion.

10.13 Any winnings made with Free Spins offered are limited by default to a maximum of €/CAD 100 withdrawal, but for VIP players other terms may apply following a common agreement with the account manager.

10.14 Any bonus must be used within 30 days of the award of the bonus. Any bonus money remaining on the account at the end of the 30 days will be canceled.

11. Fraud Bonus - Abusive behavior

11.1. Any user seeking and using tactics to take advantage of the bonus system by using an unusual pattern will be highly monitored. PrinceAli reserves the right to void any winnings derived from abusive behavior. These users are penalizing the regular and fair users of PrinceAli, taking out winnings from them.

11.2 The bet with minimal risk is not allowed to contribute to the promotion, including bonus wagering requirements or the accumulation points. Users who deliberately use a tactic of setting minimum risk to qualify the bonus into real money, are at risk of having their bonuses, cash prizes and any gain canceled. By minimal risk bet, we mean that any bet placed with the clear intention to obtain a high betting volume with minimum risk will be considered abusive to the bonus offer. Example: simultaneous bet on black and red on roulette, or covering the vast majority of the table.

11.3 All bonuses and promotions are limited to one per person, credit card, IP address and per household. It is forbidden to take advantage of the game's internal promotions with bonus money of winnings derived from promotions/bonuses (discounts granted for the purchase of a pack of scratch cards for example).

11.4 If a bonus has been claimed, the maximum bet allowed is €/CAD 8, over the entire game session related benefited from the bonus (both real/bonus balances). This rule also applies to the free spins or bonus-games a player can buy directly from a game since the amount of the purchase is considered as the amount of the bet.

11.5 In case a bonus has been claimed, it is forbidden to practice the "Bonus Hunt" (open all the free spins accumulated on the different games at the same time) after the balance has fallen below €/CAD 0,50.

11.6 If PrinceAli or Betrust Entertainment B.V realizes that a User has violated one of the conditions above or any other terms and condition of this contract, the Casino can opt for one or more of the following :

- Full bonus balance and real money balance cancellation.

- Cancellation of the full game session.

- Retention of the user's winnings obtained in this game session.

- Closing the user's account.

The Casino makes random checks of the gambling behavior of players and performs complete control during a withdrawal request.

12. Copyright / Trademark

12.1 Betrust Entertainment B.V. holds directly or under license from third party rights owners the copyright of all the text, images, and videos provided on this website. The user must respect those copyright and/or trademarks.

13. Interpretation

12.1 The original text of the Terms is in English and any interpretation of them will be based on the original English text. If the Terms and Conditions or any documents or notices related to them are translated into any other language, the original English version will prevail.

14. Applicable law

14.1 This Agreement, its interpretation, implementation, and the relations that bind the parties are governed by the laws of Curacao.

14.2 Any litigation or claims arising directly or indirectly from this contract will be submitted to the competent court of Curacao which has exclusive jurisdiction.
